Question

My information is not available when I use my payment tool option, when do I receive my stimulus check

The IRS has not communicated any schedule for when the payments are made for any particular category of taxpayer.  Payments are being made throughout the year.  

 

There is now a tool available through the IRS site link below that will allow you to check the status of your stimulus payment.  It is called Get My Payment.  It will only be updated after your 2019 tax return has been fully processed, if you filed one.
