My Irs refund ddd is 2/26, is that the date that it will be in my account

If you paid your fees outright, yes. 

 

If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account.

Thank you. I still haven’t received it yet. Santa Barbara sent them funds over yesterday and it’s not in my account today

You have to allow it some time. The IRS suggests waiting up to 5 business days from the time they send your refund before contacting your financial institution.
