My Michigan tax return wants to know Detroit tax paid from a business that isn't in Detroit but won't take 0 as an acceptable answer for tax paid into Detroit

Choose Federal Taxes, Income and Expenses, then edit W-2

Edit each W-2 and check the entry in Box 20 of W-2 form, change the entry according to the note located below the entry. Example: the W-2 may say MIDET in box 20 but DET needs to be entered according to the note below the entry. After updating each W-2, continue through to efile.

It is actually the DET entry rather than the amount of 0 that is causing the problem.
