My New York State taxes were accepted on March 1st but I have not received them as yet and it’s already April 13th. The state online return status shows no record of me filing it

What do I do?  The New York State tax center has an automated number that shows no record of filling my taxes and doesn’t offer any help.

I recommend you double check your e-file status by logging into the e-file tool.
If it was accepted, the link below will provide steps on how to further track your refund.
You will need your, social security number or ITIN, your filing status and your exact refund amount. You can obtain this information from your Turbo Tax account.  If the state return was not completed, you can complete it. Continue to check NY state tax center for an update.

I looked it up and it shows that it was accepted by the state but when I try tracking it using the state website it says that there is no record of me filling it.
