My NY tax return was accepted on February 14th, I still do not have my refund, and NY state refund site does not have a record of my return. Is there an issue with NY?

Is there a way to resend my state return? Is NY way behind?

If your return has been accepted, do not resubmit your state return. Please ensure that your New York state return was accepted.
