My paycheck I earn x2 monthly is being considered my annual wage which isn't correct. Tax return already Accepted. If I amend it says I overpaid (?!?) and owe 2000. Help?

How do I owe over $2000 if I overpaid? What did I overpay? Why cant I just do my taxes?

It's really not clear from your post what has happened and what you are trying to do. To file a correct tax return, you must use your W-2 to enter your income. Did you enter it from something else?

You must wait until you receive the refund from your original return before you prepare and mail an amended return to correct your original return. DO NOT change anything on your original return until you start the amended return. Post back with more details of what happened so we can give you better advice.
