My refund came from Tpg Products Sbtpg LLC…. And is $309 USD short

After all fees taken from paying Turbo tax. I don’t owe the IRS money or anyone else! Where is my $309 🙎🤬. I did research on this happening and this issue happened last year to a lot of people. I work too hard to loose that much money to no one for no reason.

You do know that federal and state refunds do not arrive at the same time---right? Is $309 the amount of your state refund?

Nope my state I am only getting back $67. The money missing is from my federal return

Review your fees.

After signing in to TurboTax, open or continue your return.

Select Tax Tools from the menu, and then Tools.
A Tools Center box will pop up on your screen.
Select My Fees.

If these steps don't work (for example, on your mobile device), open the File section. From there you can review your orders, purchases, and fees.
