My refund is less and comes from "TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC"

My refund is $120 less, not including the$39 I was charged by TurboTax. And comes from "TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC". Is TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC affiliated with TurboTax? I have used turbo tax for the past 5 years and NEVER has my return been issued by this company? i did NOT consent to additional fees when using turbo tax. Ive called the irs and the number i was given said i had no offsets…wheres the rest of my money… so many of us are having this issue? Turbo tax i WANT answers. This is incredibly disastrous for our family.

I don't mean to be rude but if you have only been shorted by $120.00 take the L and cut all ties. I just saw a single mom write she was supposed to get $12,000 and was sent $900.00. There are many people out thousands. I wouldn't put in the effort to get back $120. I assure you based on my interactions with reps from sbtpg, its not worth the trouble of the stress and frustration that you'll have as a result. I'm sorry that happened to you though.

Im also a single mom..idc if it was $50 I FREAKING EARNED IT…..NO ONE deserves to have this happen to them. You dont know me or my situation, so yes your comment was rude and Unnecessary .

@Kaitie_Rice93 I agree you earned it. And it is absolutely your money. Im just trying to provide some color. These people are taking thousands from families and dgaf. Once you start dealing with them you will see how little concern they have for how you feel about your money being taken. In my opinion $120 isn't worth the trouble dealing with this company. I in no way meant to offend. Or to make you feel it doesn't matter. Of course it does.
