My refund says accepted on 2/15 but the deposit has not hit my bank

Turbo Tax accepted my refund on 2/7 and when I called the IRS, they said the deposit was sent on 2/15. I told them it was not in my checking account and they said it might be because I took out the tax return fee with my refund and to contact TurboTax. I still have yet to see my refund.

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

 

 

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
