My refund shows the bar all the way across now rather than half way on the app.. When should I recieve my refund?

The bar on TurboTax is not very accurate because it is just an estimate based on the fact that most (not all) refunds are issued within 21 days of the return being accepted.  Once the return is accepted by the IRS, they don't update TurboTax about anything else.
