Question

My refund status says that it was sent on 24 February and I still have not received it in my bank account and my bank says that it hasn’t been sent. What do I do?

I’ve tried the where is my refund status online and I still can’t get a hold of anybody at the IRS so I am at a loss right now and not sure what to do.

Where exactly are you seeing "sent on Feb. 24?"

Does the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool say it was sent on Feb 24? What do you see here:

If the IRS WMR tool says it was sent, did you have any TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of your Federal refund? If so, we can tell you how to do some detective work.
