My refund still hasnt come

On the day I was supposed to get my refund I got a letter from the IRS. The letter was because TurboTax didnt figure my healthcare repayment. As soon as I could I got the forms and refigured numbers and followed all the instructions that TurboTax and the IRS gave me. I mailed it all to the IRS on March 9, 2020. Since then, I have not heard anything. When I check the "Where's my Refund" it still, after all this time, says processing. I cant find anything on the IRS website that helps. So I'm now asking if anyone there can help.

It sounds like your information was mailed about the time that things were essentially shut down at the IRS due to the pandemic. When this happened, all processing of mailed returns and information ceased at the IRS. When operations do get back to normal there will be a significant backlog.

Keep checking the status and eventually things will be caught up and processed.
