My refund was accepted by the IRS on 1/18/2023 but the Where's My Refund tool says they cannot locate my refund. How can I get my MEF number?

I have verified my social, filing status and the amount of my expected refund and the Where's My Refund tool told me to contact the tax software provider.

TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS once they have accepted your return. TurboTax also does not have MEFs. Those are only used by professional tax preparers and the tax software that they use.
