My refund was approved as of today but says might be a offset with a 203 code and no exact deposit date

You'll get an explanatory letter from the Bureau of the Fiscal Service if your refund is offset. The remainder of your refund will be processed as usual. An offset shouldn't delay it, unless your entire refund was applied to your debt. Please click here for more information.

I was just wondering how long letter or different response on IRS.gov takes? Also how long my refund will take now that I got the 203 code on 4/18/2020. Can anyone help or has anyone else had to deal with this because I thought government was delaying payments for student/Parent Plus Loans.
