Question

My refund was expected feb. 17. I haven’t received it yet. Is that normal?

Is this the date given to you by the IRS?  This date is usually considered an estimate, especially since the 17th was a federal holiday.  To track your refund via the IRS, please see the link here:  https://www.irs.gov/refunds

 

Also, some refunds can be delayed depending on the PATH Act or other scenarios.  Please see below for additional information:
