My return is missing

I am missing my rent return it says it was sent on the 3rd and has not arrived it is now the11th. I have contacted my bank and it isnt pending or prosessing to my account. My info was correct when i file but my refund is no where.

    "rent return"?   What are you asking about?   Was this from your state?   Only the state knows.   TurboTax gets no information from the IRS or your state after you file your tax return.  Contact the state to ask them.

    The irs n the State irs isnt answering phone calls so i was hoping someone would know what to do.

    @RareDragon No one at TurboTax knows what is happening with your refunds.   Only the IRS and state are in control, and only the IRS or state know.   TurboTax cannot get information from the IRS or the state for you.   You have not mentioned your state so we do not even know what state you are asking about.

     

    Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

     

    You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
