my return was accepted 2/12 but I still don’t have a refund

both of my returns were accepted on 2/12.

I got my state return 2 days latter, but my federal refund still says processing. what do I do? i’ve tried calling the irs but it says that their call volume is too high to receive calls.

The IRS is very backlogged, in part because of all the additional filings due to the stimulus. WMR has been very erratic and unreliable. However, the bars usually disappear after 21 days, even if the IRS is still processing your return.
