My return was accepted yesterday and I qualified for refund advance, haven’t received the email I should have and no refund in my account yet. How do I get live help?

How do I get help from a live person with TurboTax?

For this, we ask that you please verify that the primary tax-payer name is the same as the Credit Karma account created for your Refund Advance. What application are you using - Phone, online, or desktop?  Also, which browser are you using to complete the return if you are using TurboTax Online?
