No and you won't be able to change your direct deposit on an accepted tax return. If you move or need to change your address after filing your tax return, have the post office forward mail to your new address. The IRS will send you your paper check refund to the address you listed on your tax return and some post offices don't forward government checks, so you'll want to change your address with the IRS. You can use IRS Form 8822, Change of Address (form and instructions) to notify them of an address change. Please see this for more information: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/irs/help/how-do-i-change-my-address-with-the-irs/00/25940 that way if the check is returned  by the Post Office the IRS will have your new information.
