My son needs his 2017 tax return from turbo tax and it was downloaded on a computer that we no longer have. How can we recover his 2017 returns

I am helping my son do his (simple taxes) again this year and could not find a copy of his 2017 taxes to get AGI. We did it through turbo tax but by CD and on a computer we no longer have. Do you have this in your archive?

If you no longer have the computer you will have to request a transcript from the IRS. TurboTax Desktop is not stored anywhere in the cloud (unlike TurboTax Online). To get transcripts please see the link below.
