My state doesnt tax state tax but one of my returns has been state taxed

Please explain---" my state doesn't tax state tax"    Are you trying to say you are in a state that does not have a state income tax?  What state? 

 

 "One of my returns has been state taxed"   What return?  Or are you referring to a W-2?  Did you work in another state?
