Question

My state e-file return was rejected and I was required to file by mail. How do I get a refund for my purchase of the e-file service? I am using the CD version of Premier.

There are only certain circumstances in which TurboTax will refund the e-file fee. I am including the circumstances below. Otherwise, TurboTax does not refund the e-file fees.
