My state Illinois had a glitch. I was forced to apply a fix and then download the state a second time. I want that money refunded. No e-file for states. Had to mail in.

You'd have to talk to Customer Support about that...this is a Users forum and we have no access to accounts.

When you start thru the system to get a phone number...use the term "Billing Issue" (if you use the word "refund" anywhere...you'll get sent to a useless automated phone):
