My State return won't download/print, only the Federal return.

I've tried two browsers, but I can't access more than just the TurboTax instruction sheet.

Please try these instructions:

In TurboTax Online, sign into your account.
Select Tax Home in the left menu.
Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
Select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this opens the return back up)
Select Tax Tools on the left and then Print Center and choose the print center
Select returns and choose to print just the tax return or to include all worksheets as well.

I am having the same problem. I tried the suggestions here and it still didn't work. It came up with this error message: "We're Having Trouble Printing Your Return Sorry for the inconvenience, but TurboTax is experiencing a temporary problem printing returns. We're working on the problem and expect to have it fixed shortly. Please try again in a few moments."

I've also tried in 2 different browsers and on different days with no luck.

If it won't print, I should get a refund on the money I paid to TurboTax for this state return.

If you are having issues printing your state return, follow these steps:

Clear you cache and cookies on your default browser. Follow this link if you aren't sure how to do that.
Open your software and let it fully update the program.
Select File in the upper left corner, then Save as PDF.
After the PDF is saved, try printing the state return.
