My state taxes say they have no record i filed with you Jan 29th and it was confirmed so why no record of filing

Your return could be in pending status and that is the reason they are saying, they have no record of your return. They have not started processing it yet. There is a good chance that you will not even see the pending status on your end. This is normal with both state and federal. Once they start processing they will update their website.
