Solved

My state taxes were being paid using my federal refund. They have taken the state payment out of my account yet I have not received my refund. Anyone have a clue? Thanks.

Yes....it is not possible to have your State balance due be paid from Federal refunds.

Each tax agency issues refunds, or you pay each tax department entirely separately from each other.

Yeah...there was one page during your filing that showed your net result for the year, but that doesn't mean one pays the other.

The Federal refund will be issued whenever they get done evaluating all the information you filed.  Your E-file was apparently accepted, but then they take a closer look...and that can take a couple weeks, or more if they find some inconsistencies.
