My stimulus check got deposited to my turbo tax card from last year I don’t have the card at all I only have the account number and can’t get ahold of anyone for help

If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry.

If you’ve registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen).

If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance.

You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

However, please be aware that, due to unprecedented traffic, you may experience some delays on the website or phone line.

I have tried to call and it says they are transferring me but then it hangs up each and every time how can we speak to a live person with out the hassles?

I had the same issue tried 5 times before I gave up cnt get a live agent on the line ...can't access my account through the irs website ...pretty nothing I can do

Same situation. How are we suppose to request for new card when we don’t know the 16 digit card number or other info on the card. Makes no sense.
