My stimulus check was deposited into you guys account on the 15 the of this month why is it I have not got it from you guys

Turbo Tax has nothing to do with the payments.  they go straight from the IRS to your bank. 

I suspect the payment went into the incorrect account (long story, but did you do a loan advance or have the fees subtracted from your refund?)

in that case, the payment would have bounced back to the IRS and they would mail a paper check 

 per the IRS:  a letter about the Payment will be mailed to each recipient’s last known address within 15 days after the Payment is made. The letter will provide information on how the Payment was made and how to report any failure to receive the Payment.
