My stimulus check went to the wrong account an I couldn’t get it. How do I make sure the stimulus check gets sent to me an the right account this time?

The persons account it went to will not give me my money so how can I change it for the next stimulus check? To receive my account

How did the bank accept a deposit when your name is not on the account ? Such deposits should be rejected and sent back to the IRS who will convert it to a paper check mailed to the address on your most recent tax return.

SO either file a 2019 return OR mail in a form 8822 to change your mailing address.

Well I let them claim me since we were all tryna help one another an I had already spent mad money on ALL of our living expenses for the 8 months I lived with them to where the 3rd person didn’t have to work an the husband barely worked to keep us afloat
