My takes were wonky accepted but say saying I already filled when I haven’t

If you used the non filer portal on TurboTax or the IRS to register for the stimulus payment, a tax return was filed for you with 0 income. That portal was only for use by persons who do not file a tax return. If that is what you did, you will now have to print and mail your return to get it accepted.

Technically you should complete an amended return form 1040X but some are suggesting that you just write "Amended Return" across the top of the form 1040 for your "real" tax return and mail it in without completing the form 1040X. The IRS should accept it.
