My tax is refused 'cause the box to put the last name doesn't allows more than 20 characters. My full last name is more than 20 characters... what should I do to fix it?

You have two options: 1) enter as many characters as you can and try to e-file. If your return is rejected, then 2) write in your full name and file your return by mail.
