My refund was supposed to be in my account February 26th. When i track my refund it says if it’s not in my account by the March 2nd, I can call my bank to confirm. I called my bank and they state

If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account.
