My tax return comes from Santander Bank but it does not show up under your supporters banks. What can I do?

Not sure what you mean by "my tax return"-----Your tax return is the Form 1040 you will be sending to the IRS. Are you supposed to receive some sort of tax document like a 1099R or other kind of 1099 from the bank? If it is not on the list of financial institutions that you can import the information from then you choose "I'll type it in myself" and key it in.

if it has not arrived in your mail yet, wait awhile. Banks and financial institutions send these documents out in late January/early February. Or you might be able to get it from the bank's website.
