my tax return form has an incorrect zip code, but the system doesn't allow me to correct from My Info. how can I change?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your zip code on your tax forms after you have e-filed your tax return.  If you set up Direct Deposit for your refund, the incorrect zip code will not affect the processing of your return.

In order to correct the information in the My Info section so that it will be correct when you carry it forward to next year, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your return
2. On the Tax Home screen, scroll down and select that you want to Amend your 2024 return (this is just to get back into the return)
3. Select the Amend (change) return from the dropdown and then choose Amend Using TurboTax Online.
4. Now you should be able to change your zip code in the My Info section
