My taxes keep getting denied because of my parents claim me as an dependent.

If your parents claim you as their dependent because you ARE their dependent, you can still file, but elect "Someone else can claim me."

If you are sure that you ARE NOT your parent's dependent, they can amend their taxes and take you off, so that you can claim your own exemption.

Another option would be for you to claim your exemption and mail your return (since it will be rejected if you try to e-file).

Be aware that if you proceed this way, in the end someone might be obligated to pay penalty and interest to the IRS.
