My taxes were accepted on 02/22/2021 electronic file irs has no record 03/24/2021

You would want to start off by checking your e-file status. If it's been accepted, when checking the status using the Where's My Refund? site, make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.
