Question

My Virginia state tax return hasn't been accepted but my Federal has, is anyone else's VA return pending?

Some states start processing e-filed returns at the same time as the IRS, while others don't start processing until sometime later.  The IRS started processing tax returns January 27th.

 

Why is my state e-file still pending?
