My wife moved with me in 2021 for a military PCS. At the time of the move, we were dating (March '21), but got married in November '21. Can we deduct her moving expenses?

Maybe. Your wife is definitely on your tax return, that is the first hurdle. Here are the rules to the second:

 

The IRS Armed Forces Tax Guide states on page 13:

A member of your household is anyone who has both your former home and your new home as his or her main home. It doesn't include a tenant or employee unless you can claim that person as a dependent on your tax return.

 

Clearly, your new home is the same, together at your new station.
