Need help with amending 2020 tax return

I need help with filing an amended 2020 tax return. I filed back in May, but made an error. I had withdrawn funds from an IRA during 2020, but did not take the Covid relief deduction when I filed, so I paid the 10% penalty on the withdrawl when I shouldn't have. I should have filed Form 8915 when I filed my return, but didn't.

I'm now trying to use the Desktop TurboTax to amend my return, but I don't see anything about Covid relief, or filing Form 8915 in the program. How can I do an amended return that includes Form 8915? I don't see how to do it, and need to find some way to file an amended return correctly.

To make the covid election revisit the 1099-R interview screens ... that is where you will see the questions on deferring the taxes which will also remove the penalty.
