Need to know if the 6 pages I printed out have the state in those 6 pages

We cannot see the papers in your hand. Look at them and see whether they say "U.S. Individual..etc..." or if they have the name of your state at the top.

If you print your forms for mailing it will print out with mailing instructions that tell you where to mail them. Federal and state returns get mailed to different addresses
