Question

NJ State sent me a statement of account showing how they adjusted the refund stated on the return when i sent it in. I think they made a mistake. how do I fight it?

I live abroad, and did all of my work abroad. I have a NJ address, but I didn't spend anytime there in 2022, nor did I do any work there. The company withheld NJ taxes simply because they have that address on file.
