No email from turbo tax confirming state accepted it

I e-filed both fed and state at same time, about 2 weeks ago with turbo tax.

Never received email from Turbo tax saying State return accepted (I owe money)

Why no email, how do I check to see if state got it? All searches just give info about tracking refunds
