No Letter 6475 received and I don't believe I got any stimulus payment, but I received Notice 1444-B and an EIP2 card. Do I enter the card amount or do I enter "0"?

I didn't get Letter 6475 from the IRS, nor any stimulus payment.  I did receive Notice 1444-B and an EIP2 card.  What do I enter in the section that asks if I received a third stimulus payment as indicated in Letter 6475?  Do I enter "0" or do I enter the amount of the EIP2 card?

You can confirm whether you received a third stimulus payment by creating or viewing an online IRS account.

Enter $0 is you don’t think you received the stimulus. The amount will be added to your refund as a Recovery Rebate Credit.

Do not enter the EIP2 amount. That is the second stimulus. It was part of the 2020 tax return.

The IRS corrects returns with the wrong stimulus payment amount. A wrong amount will delay your return.
