No option to enter bank info

I am filing my tax return and i get to the end and Im given a turbo card? I want the return deposited to my bank account. Why am I not given the opportunity to enter my bank details instead of being forced to get a turbo card?

Just to clarify, did you apply for and were approved for a Refund Advance? If yes, your advance automatically goes onto a Turbo Visa card. If you are not receiving a refund advance, please click How do I change my transferred direct deposit information?.

To my knowledge I did not apply for an advance on my refund. Where would I find this out?
