No refund

I've been using Turbo Tax for about ten years with never an issue.

This year I pay extra for the early deposit and my bank has yet to receive the deposit when the IRS is showing that it was sent. What gives, Turbo Tax?

If your taxes are Accepted it is a good thing.

It means that their were no technical errors like Social Security Numbers that were wrong.
It also means that TurboTax does not have any control of your return.
If you are being told that it's still in process, the IRS has not finished checking it out.

You can check the status of your tax return. You will need:

Social Security Number.
Tax return year.
Hilling Status.
Exact refund amount

If you wish to contact the IRS, you can call toll-free at 800-829-1040 or contact a Taxpayer Assistance Center Local IRS Office.
You can also Check your State Refund.

If TurboTax was unable to get your refund information from the IRS in time, we are unable to provide early access to your refund amount using Real Time Payment (RTP) or Same Day ACH.

If we were unable to successfully deliver your refund early, you were not charged for the Up to 5 Days Early service.
