No refund after amending

I filed independently on accident which meant I qualified for the stimulus, but I wasn't supposed to and my parents needed me to be a dependent so I amended on March 26th, says it was accepted and I owe $1800 for the stimulus since I didnt actually qualify for it. However, I never got the stimulus or my federal tax refund with the amount I'm supposed to get back. I got my state refund, but still no federal and no stimulus, then the IRS tried to take $1800 out of my checking but I had insufficient funds even though they had never given me the $1800 in the first place. 

IRS website says 2020 tax return is not processed yet, no payments need to made, and no information on where my refund is.

Can someone help? I've tried calling the IRS but the line is always busy.
