If you have tracked your return using the Where's My Refund? site and you show a direct deposit date, it should tell you what to do if you don't receive your refund within a certain amount of days. You would want to contact your banking institution to check on your refund. You may want to call the IRS directly, or if you selected to use your refund to pay for your TurboTax fees, the refund and processing would be handled by Santa Barbara Tax Payers Group. For more information on them, you can use the link provided below:

Sent a amended tax form  by mail June 15, 2020 to receive my 2018 overpayment by refund. Have not received

a word from Internal Revenue. How do I get a refund or credit on my 2019 taxes?

A Federal tax refund is not entered on and is not deductible on a federal tax return.

Additionally, You cannot enter on a tax return a deduction or credit  for a tax refund you never received.

Contact the IRS for the status of the amended tax return that was filed in 2019

Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
    - When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
    - After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Then press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
It should then transfer you to an agent.
