Notice CP12 with turbotax

I received CP12 letter from IRS (with more adjusted refund in my favor), reason being that there's a miscalculation in my AMT.  But I was using turbotax to calculate AMT and I would have no idea which part is miscalculated... so how would I be able to find which part of the AMT calculations was wrong?  Just let it go and hope this year it won't ask for lines from last year that's different?

Once the IRS adjusts your return, request a transcript.   Then compare the return you filed with the IRS adjusted return to see what the change was.    You want to use the correct numbers when you prepare your return next year.

Thanks for the request transcript feature, I never needed to do that so didn't even know there's such a thing..

It would have been nice if turbotax can credit our purchase if their (mis)calculations resulted in a lower refund...it seems their calculations guarantee only applies for cases when I need to pay taxes but not for refund cases..
