Irecived a offset which ultimately took my entire tax return now my account is closed for what I owed do I still receive a stimulus check

The IRS will not offset your stimulus payment for any debts other than child support.

ok I need to find out if I'm receiving a stimulus package how do I go about doing that since I owe child support but it's paid off now I didn't I didn't have it I
