Ok so someone did my taxes for me last year but never got them and my tax returns say I did how can I go about that ?

Please explain what you mean by "someone did my taxes for me"----who?   Did they use TurboTax?   Do you have  copy of your tax return?   Where are you seeing that the refund was sent?
